What is a Mini Session?
Fun, 15-minute photo sessions that are great for anyone wanting an updated photo. They are only offered once a year, just in time for the holidays. Limited space is available, so book soon!
This is a fast-paced portrait session, so if you want a more relaxed experience and those candid "in-between" moments, you'll be happier booking a full session.

Session Fee: $100 (covers time & editing; digital images are not included and must be purchased separately).

Friday, October 18th
The Palace of Fine Arts is an iconic San Francisco location that provides a stunning backdrop for photos. We’ll explore different areas based on the best lighting, from the majestic columns to the charming green doors and the scenic gardens.
Dogs are allowed on leash.
Lover’s Lane - BOOK HERE
Friday, September 27th
This enchanting eucalyptus grove nestled in the Presidio never disappoints! It’s fun for kids and romantic for couples.
There is a walk down a hilly path that enters into the woods. Be mindful that we’ll be on a trail that can be sandy and muddy at times, so sturdy shoes are recommended.
Dogs are allowed.
Pier 7 - BOOK HERE
Friday, October 4th
Pier 7 offers beautiful city and water views, charming lamp posts and benches, and the Bay Bridge in the background. Depending on the lighting, we’ll choose the best spots to capture the perfect scenes.
Dogs are allowed on leash.

What's Covered: The session fee covers my time, creativity, and photo editing.

Pre-Session Guide: Receive a Pre-Session Guide with tips on what to wear and where to meet.
Session Experience: Enjoy a light-hearted 15-minute session.

Check your inbox!: Two weeks post-session, you'll get an email saying your photos are ready.
View your images: Enjoy a special slideshow preview of the 15 edited images that are in your gallery. The slideshow is available to view for 24 hours.
Choose your collection: Choose a Collection package to unlock your gallery and access your images.
Each Collection includes:
a set number of image downloads, with print release
a print credit to use in the online store
Get printing!: Use your credits within two weeks to order prints, frames, holiday cards, and more!

The Print Shop
What you're going to do with your images is perhaps the most important aspect to consider when you're planning for a photo session, but it's all too often the aspect that's overlooked... all that time and money invested deserve a better return than photos gathering dust on a hard drive somewhere!
You'll never get the same feeling looking at your photos on a screen as you will holding them in your hands, so I’ve included a print credit with every collection.
Here is a sample of some of the items you can choose from. Other items you will find in the store are fine art albums, fine art deckled prints, folios, and linen boxes.
Professional Lab Prints
Your favorite images are professionally printed on archival quality photo paper with your choice of semi-gloss or deep matte finish. These full bleed prints are available in a variety of sizes and are perfect for framing and hanging on the wall or giving as a special gift.

Gallery Boards
Printed on Fuji Deep Matte paper and mounted onto a rigid white board, for a durable and long-lasting print. This archival paper has a velvety finish with rich colors and subdued darks. Versatile gallery boards are wonderful for displaying on their own or in a custom frame.

Matted Framed Prints
Photos are printed on Kodak Matte photographic paper and mounted to a premium white mat board. These frames are finished with an acrylic face and permanently sealed with a black paper backing and ready to hang. Available in a variety of wooden finishes.

Where is the location?
There are 3 San Francisco locations to choose from: Lover’s Lane Woodline, Palace of Fine Arts, and Pier 7. Once you’re booked, I’ll send out a map with more detailed instructions.

What happens if we can't make it?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of mini-sessions, all session fees are non-refundable. However, you can always gift or sell your spot to a friend or family member.

What happens if we're late?
If you’re running late, please text me as soon as possible! Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back and are timed perfectly for the best light. I’m happy to photograph your family for the remaining time in your slot once you arrive, but I won’t be able to extend your session or adjust others. I understand that life happens, and I’ll do my best to accommodate or reschedule if needed—just note that a reschedule may require an additional booking fee.

What if it rains?
I will do my very best to make accommodations as soon as possible.

What is the turnaround time? When will I get my photos and prints?
You’ll receive your slideshow preview within two weeks after the session. Print orders must be placed within two weeks of purchasing your collection. Most orders are delivered within 4 weeks. While I can’t guarantee an exact shipping date due to potential holiday delays, expedited shipping is available if needed.

How many people can I bring? Can my dog come, too?
Extended family is welcome to join, but please keep the total group size to less than 10 people.
Dogs are welcome at all locations on leash. I love them and will bring treats. ;)

What should we wear? How should we prepare?
After booking your session, I’ll send you a guide with wardrobe advice and general tips on how to prepare, especially if you have little ones!

I hate being photographed! Any advice?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone! I’ve photographed countless families, couples, and individuals who are camera shy. I’ll guide you with some simple, flattering poses and promise to put you at ease. :)
